All returns must be approved by GoGo Furniture. Upon receiving the return from the buyer, GoGo Furniture will examine and test for the defect, If GoGo Furniture cannot reproduce the same fault indicated by the buyer, the return will not be accepted.
In the event of returning the product, buyer is fully responsible for the product's safe return to us. Item must be received within 7 days.
If you need to cancel an order, make sure you do that within 24 hours by contacting us or you will be charged a 40% restocking fee. In case you receive a damaged product from GoGo Furniture you have to notify us immediately and send it back in its original packaging with the original invoice and its original condition within 7 days from the day you received it. We will replace it for you; unless it is a discontinued item which in that case we will give you store credit.
You need to have the original invoice and packaging and the item to be in its original condition. You will be given credit that you can use within a 12 Months,. The delivery charges for both ways will not be credited. We will give you the credit or exchange after the item arrives in our warehouse and is inspected.
